The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and proficient in design software and project management tools. Responsibilities
  • Assist with interior design and residential design-build projects from concept through completion.
  • Create and modify drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare design presentations, finish schedules, specifications, and procurement documents.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize project files, drawings, selections, and documentation.
  • Manage product research, sourcing, and vendor communications.
  • Support construction administration and field coordination as needed
  • Assist with material selections, procurement, and order tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular project updates to the team. Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, design-build, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Chief Architect, Revit, or similar programs
  • Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of residential construction and interior design processes is highly preferred.
