Position Overview The Cabinet Designer & Sales Professional will join a collaborative team specializing in residential kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodeling projects. This role combines creative design, customer service, sales, and project coordination. Using 2020 Design software, you'll create beautiful and functional cabinetry layouts while managing projects from the initial consultation through ordering, coordination, and completion. You'll work closely with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Occasional local travel may be required for site visits, measurements, and client consultations. Responsibilities Design custom cabinetry solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential spaces Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals Conduct accurate field measurements and verify project specifications Create detailed cabinet layouts, renderings, and presentations using 2020 Design software Present design concepts, product selections, and pricing proposals Process orders and coordinate project timelines Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and product accuracy Monitor quality throughout all phases of the project Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication Collaborate with contractors, installers, project managers, and internal team members to ensure successful project completion Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cabinet design and sales Proficiency with 3D design software; 2020 Design experience strongly preferred Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Comprehensive product knowledge of cabinetry and related materials Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling, residential construction, interior design, or related industries High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of countertops, flooring, and other residential finish materials Why Work at Bella Casa Cabinets & Design?
