Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, and design solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs Develop and present interior design concepts and space plans to clients Drive showroom sales by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Stay current on design trends, product lines, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations Manage the sales process from initial consultation through order fulfillment and follow-up Work with vendors and suppliers to source products and ensure timely delivery Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor

Requirements:

Experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related retail design environment Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related experience preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
