You'll work closely with the principal designer on high-end residential projects. This is not a training role, you must have solid experience and be able to jump in right away. Schedule In person:

Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Approx. 24 hours per week Occasional travel for site visits and installations (Montecito / Ojai / nearby areas) Responsibilities Assist with interior space planning, elevations, and design development Produce drawings in CAD and 3D models in SketchUp Source furniture, finishes, lighting, and prepare client presentations Help manage project timelines, budgets, and installations Process and track orders using Excel (POs, lead times, deliveries) Communicate with vendors, showrooms, trades, and occasionally clients Support marketing content for Instagram and other platforms Maintain organized digital files and physical project binders Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in an interior design firm (required) Strong skills in SketchUp (required) Strong skills in CAD (required) Strong space planning and drafting ability Able to take direction from the principal designer and then work independently Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects Professional communication skills and polished presentation Must have reliable transportation for commuting and site visits
