Job description We're looking for someone who is design-forward, highly organized, and detail-oriented to join our team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong eye for design + aesthetics Exceptional organizational skills Manage office procurement + vendor coordination Oversee inventory, supplies, and ordering Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solver Strong communication skills Professional and polished presence Experience in office operations/admin preferred Comfortable taking ownership + initiative Qualifications Interior design degree preferred Cad capabilities Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service capabilities Personal assistant experience or previous roles supporting busy professionals is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a creative environment
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
