In this role, you will be the creative force behind custom cabinetry projects, transforming client visions into stunning, functional realities. Your expertise will help elevate our brand's reputation for high-end cabinetry solutions while fostering strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your design talents, technical skills, and sales acumen in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals through effective communication and needs assessment. Create detailed layout designs and 3D renderings using 20/20 design software to visualize cabinetry concepts. Prepare comprehensive proposals, including product demos and remodeling options. Upon acceptance of cabinetry design, order cabinets through 20/20s catalog of vendors. Conduct inside and outside sales efforts by engaging clients in product demonstrations, upselling premium features, and closing high-end sales. Assist clients throughout the remodeling process, from initial consultation to installation, ensuring satisfaction at every step. Manage project timelines, coordinate with construction teams for renovation and remodeling projects, and oversee maintenance of cabinetry installations. Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up communication, and personalized account management strategies. Maintain organized stock levels of cabinetry components and accessories while supporting merchandising initiatives to enhance showroom presentation. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinetry design or related fields such as interior design or remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in 20/20 design tools. Strong knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, remodeling fixtures, and maintenance practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing in high-end sales environments. Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional client communication skills that foster trust and loyalty. Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, retail math applications, and budgeting purposes. Experience in retail sales environments involving merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and inside/outside sales strategies.
