Up to $70,000+ Naturwood Home Furnishings is a family-owned business that has served the Sacramento area for over 77 years. We're looking for a career-minded, outgoing interior design professional who enjoys working with people and has a passion for creating beautiful spaces. Interior Designer Sales Consultant - Full-Time As part of our sales and design team, you'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend furniture and design solutions, and help bring their vision to life. This position combines interior design, relationship-building, and commissioned furniture sales. What You'll Do Welcome and work with customers and designers in our showroom Recommend furniture and product options based on style, needs, and budget Research products and availability and follow up with prospective clients Visit clients' homes to take measurements, make design recommendations, and assist with furniture placement Create 3D renderings and design presentations Build lasting client relationships while meeting sales goals What We Offer Hourly base pay + commission Earning potential up to $70,000+ Spiff and bonus programs Set schedule with consecutive days off Product training Employee discount 401(k) Paid time off and paid sick leave Health, dental, vision, and life insurance FSA and LifeLock available What We're Looking For Interior design experience, sales experience, and/or related education Intermediate computer skills. SketchUp experience preferred.
