Job Description

Full-Time Interior Designer Pepper & Olive Interiors Redlands, CA At Pepper & Olive Interiors we create spaces that support how people want to live, work, and gather, blending thoughtful design with a concierge-level client experience. We're looking for a Full-Time Interior Designer who can confidently lead projects from concept to completion, someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of design, communicates with clarity, and understands that the magic lives in the details. Duties & Responsibilities Manage multiple residential and commercial projects end-to-end Lead design development including space planning, FF&E selections, and 3D modeling Produce and manage drawing sets, redlines, and construction documentation Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, fabricators, and vendors Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer and internal team to execute design intent Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery Oversee procurement in collaboration with the Studio Operations Coordinator Conduct site visits and support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, install coordination) Present design concepts, materials, and revisions with clarity and confidence Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track What You Bring A sharp eye and strong point of view Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving Curiosity and initiative.
