As a Window Treatment Designer , you'll blend salesmanship with design expertise, bringing ideas to life for clients while ensuring every project is executed with precision. This role is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and supported by dedicated marketing and operations teams. What You'll Do Lead in-home consultations and showroom appointments, designing window covering solutions tailored to each client's space and lifestyle. Build strong client relationships through a consultative, hospitality-driven approach. Translate design principles into functional, aesthetic solutions that elevate a client's home. Support the showroom experience —ensuring it reflects brand standards, inspires clients, and drives measurable results. Monitor KPIs, propose solutions, and contribute to an organized, high-performance studio environment. Coordinate consultations, manage new leads, and create seamless handoffs throughout the customer journey.
