Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in both residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Responsibilities Collaborate with our lead designers to understand their vision, needs, and budget for interior design projects. Use software tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit to create detailed layouts and renderings. Prepare project documentation including contracts, specifications, and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained. Conduct site visits to assess spaces, gather measurements, and oversee renovation or construction work. Utilize Canva to create presentations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to interior design. Experience Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. Must be Proficient in design software including SketchUp and AutoCAD. Solid understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, drafting techniques, and construction processes. Experience with project management methodologies to ensure efficient workflow from concept through execution. Familiarity with budgeting practices related to interior design projects is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors effectively.
