  • $80,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Architecture Interior Design Revit Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Brianna Scott Interiors is seeking an exceptional Interior Designer to join our studio and support the execution of bespoke, high-end residential projects.
This role is ideal for a designer who values precision, discretion, and excellence, and who understands that true luxury lives in the details. Working closely with Brianna, this position plays a critical role in translating elevated creative vision into impeccably executed interiors. This position is highly technical and production-driven, well-suited to a designer who takes pride in rigorous documentation, thoughtful detailing, and seamless coordination across all phases of a project.
The role includes:
  • Supporting the design and execution of custom residential projects from programming through completion
  • Produce refined construction documentation, detailed millwork packages, and comprehensive finish schedules in Revit
  • Develop fixtures, materials, and specifications that align with the studio's design standards and aesthetic
  • Assist with budgeting and design presentations. project scheduling, and internal status reporting
  • Participate in construction administration, site coordination, and consultant collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted point of communication between the studio, architects, contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure design intent is executed with precision If you are a designer who cares deeply about execution, craftsmanship, and excellence—and are excited to contribute meaningfully within a high-caliber design studio—we would love to hear from you!
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, refined design sensibility, and experience executing high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with demonstrated involvement in complex, full-cycle high-end residential projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
  • A polished portfolio showcasing completed, built residential work
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools, including Revit, 3D modeling and rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate design intent clearly through drawings, visuals, and presentations
  • Strong familiarity with New York and Connecticut trade sources, vendors, and craftspeople
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, construction methods, and specifications, with particular strength in:
  • High-end residential construction drawing, detailing and site coordination
  • Custom cabinetry and millwork design, detailing, and shop drawing review
  • Coordination and tagging across interior drawing sets, including finishes, plumbing, lighting, and door/hardware schedules
  • Architectural lighting design and specifications
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts without compromising quality
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in delivering work at an exceptional standard
  • Availability for site visits and in-person meetings, with reliable transportation
Pay:
$65,000.00
