Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Permitting Coordinator specialized in Interior Design and Construction to join our team. This pivotal role drives the seamless coordination of project operations, ensures timely permitting processes, and supports construction activities from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, construction knowledge, and a proactive approach to project management. Position Overview The Operations & Permitting Coordinator will work directly with company leadership to assist with project coordination, permitting, contractor communication, scheduling, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Coordinate and track permit applications and approvals Communicate with municipalities, inspectors, contractors, vendors, and clients Assist with project scheduling and workflow management Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met Maintain project documentation and records Follow up on outstanding permits, inspections, and contractor requirements Assist leadership with daily operational tasks and special projects Coordinate meetings and manage project-related correspondence Identify and resolve issues before they become problems Support the team with administrative and operational functions
Requirements Required:
