Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to translate their vision into extraordinary interiors. Conceptualize, design, and execute projects spanning residential and commercial spaces. Collaborate with builders and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design plans, including periodic site visits. Work with Design Assistants in preparing detailed proposals, managing schedules, and coordinating deliveries. Stay abreast of design trends, particularly in contemporary and modern aesthetics, ensuring fresh and relevant solutions. Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, builders and realtors.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in high-end residential design, including new construction and remodeling. Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of styles, with an emphasis on contemporary and modern designs. Proficiency in 3D design software (Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred. Established relationships with developers and builders are a plus. Experience in commercial interior design is advantageous but not required. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
