Key Responsibilities:
Assist designers and sales associates with customer projects and design requests Create and revise furniture layouts, space plans, and room concepts Develop SketchUp models, mood boards, presentations, and other visual materials Review floor plans, measurements, and product specifications for accuracy Research furniture, materials, styles, and current design trends Prepare client presentations, proposals, and product recommendations Coordinate design details and follow up on project information Organize samples, files, product resources, and project documentation Communicate with customers, vendors, designers, and sales team members as needed Support showroom displays, merchandising, and other design-related initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in interior design or interior architecture Experience with space planning and furniture layouts Proficiency in SketchUp Familiarity with Canva and visual presentation development Strong understanding of furniture, scale, proportion, and room functionality Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and sales associates Experience with Reddit and online research or design trends Prior Experience using STORIS and/or Sales Force is a plus!
