Competitive compensation package inclusing base salary and full benefits package Full-time, on-site Job Summary Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join their studio on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional with 2-3 years of experience working across commercial and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of design creativity and technical proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Work on projects through all phases of design, from concept to completion Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the broader design team Coordinate with project construction teams to ensure design intent is executed Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Handle procurement, purchasing, and order tracking Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and suppliers Assist with installation and onsite FF&E delivery Prepare and maintain project files, drawings, and correspondence Develop and update spec sheets, finish plans, and material specifications Produce detailed drawing packages including RCPs and electrical plans Support office management and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an interior design or architectural environment Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of drafting interior design drawing packages Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines About the Company Our client is a design-focused studio specializing in commercial and high-end residential projects.
