We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant who can help turn qualified leads into completed projects. Qualified leads will be provided. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and prospective clients Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software Present cabinet and countertop options Prepare estimates and proposals Follow up with leads and close sales Coordinate with installers and project management when needed Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process Requirements Experience with 2020 Design software Kitchen & bath sales and design experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and close deals Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
