Enrichment Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Enrichment Supervisor to lead our before and after care program while supporting afterschool enrichment clubs, special events, and summer camp operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced school environment, enjoys building relationships with families, and is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children. This role requires excellent leadership skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and safe environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily before and after care operations Supervise students and staff to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment Maintain strong and professional parent communication regarding student behavior, schedules, program updates, and daily needs Assist in planning and coordinating afterschool enrichment clubs and activities Support the organization and execution of summer camp programming, field trips, and special events Manage attendance, student sign-in/sign-out procedures, and daily program logistics with strong attention to detail Ensure all licensing, safety, and school policies are followed consistently Help address student behavior concerns calmly and professionally Collaborate with school administration and teachers to support student success Maintain organized records, incident reports, and program documentation Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff members Qualifications Experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or enrichment setting required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background screening and meet state childcare requirements DCF 45 hours Compensation & Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) Life insurance Paid time off Mentoring and leadership opportunities Location Palm Bay, Florida — minutes from beaches, outdoor recreation, and the innovation hub of the Space Coast.
