Showroom Coordinator

Showroom Coordinator for Custom Window Treatments company We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our growing team. No matter where you are in your career, we'll provide the training you need to thrive in this role. As the first point of contact in our showroom, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for walk-in clients and supporting designers who visit the space. We are looking for a person to fill this position 3 days a week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. What You'll Do Create and maintain a clean, inviting, and inspiring showroom experience for every guest. Greet and assist walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism. Communicate effectively with interior designers and homeowners to understand their needs. Use basic computer skills to capture leads, book appointments, and keep client information organized. Support the sales and design team with showroom tasks and light administrative work. Stay familiar with our products (shades, blinds, draperies) to assist customers confidently - training provided! Who You Are ✔ A people person—friendly, approachable, and able to make others feel comfortable. ✔ Professional in demeanor and communication. ✔ Reliable and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility. ✔ Comfortable using basic computer programs (email, calendars, entering client info).
