You'll guide homeowners through the design process. You'll meet clients, visit their homes, develop creative design solutions, present your ideas, work with contractors and vendors, and ultimately watch your designs become finished spaces. The salary is a combination of a base salary and unlimited commission. What You'll Do Design & Client Experience Meet with clients in our showroom and learn about their renovation goals, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences Develop thoughtful, functional, and beautiful kitchen and bathroom designs starting with cabinetry Create design presentations including cabinetry layouts and guide clients through the decision-making process Conduct in-home consultations and field measurements Sales & Project Management Prepare proposals and estimates for kitchen, bath, and residential remodeling projects Sell cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and related products Manage projects from initial design through ordering and installation Track orders and schedule deliveries Communicate accurately with clients regarding product availability, lead times, shipping, and installation schedules Coordinate with contractors, vendors, installers, and other project partners Assist clients with product care, warranty questions, and post-installation needs Showroom & Industry Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inspiring showroom Meet with vendors and participate in product training Help photograph and celebrate completed projects for our portfolio and marketing What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, confident, personable, and motivated to succeed. Required Qualifications Experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, residential remodeling, cabinetry, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Portfolio of previous design work Preferred Qualifications Proficient with Cyncly Design Flex or other kitchen and bath design software Experience selling cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, or other residential remodeling products Knowledge of kitchen and bath products, construction, and installation Experience with Cyncly Design Flex is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, confident, personable, and motivated to succeed.
