With a legacy of excellence in luxury home building, Hamed Homes values craftsmanship, client experience, and attention to detail. The Design Coordinator will support the design and project teams by overseeing material logistics, verifying selections, and ensuring on site execution aligns with design intent. Position Overview The Design Coordinator plays a vital role in managing design details throughout the construction process. This includes verifying selections, coordinating quotes and materials, and supporting jobsite accuracy to ensure design excellence. We are looking for a proactive, detail focused individual ready to contribute to the success of custom luxury projects. Primary Responsibilities Selections and Documentation Verify and track all interior selections, finish specifications, and design details Maintain accurate records of selections, samples, and project documentation Ensure all design elements are confirmed and ready for execution per project timelines Vendor and Material Coordination Request and manage quotes from suppliers and vendors Track pricing, lead times, samples, and availability of materials Ensure materials align with project expectations and are ready when needed Jobsite Support Visit jobsites to verify design installations and attention to detail Identify and report any discrepancies or areas needing attention Support overall project quality and presentation throughout construction Team Collaboration Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, and trade partners Participate in project meetings and coordination discussions Support a professional and team oriented environment with clear communication Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working in both office settings and active construction environments Interest in luxury residential design and construction Apply today and step into a role where your attention to detail directly contributes to bringing custom luxury homes to life from concept through completion.
