Job Description

Overview Pay is base salary plus commission. Company vehicle provided. Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Sales and Designer, where your creativity and sales expertise will transform spaces and inspire customers. In this role, you will be the key driver in showcasing high-end cabinetry solutions, guiding clients through the design process, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your passion for interior design, renovation, and construction will help clients realize their dream spaces while you build lasting relationships and grow your sales portfolio. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored cabinetry solutions that match their style and budget. Utilize ProK, and layout design tools to create detailed visualizations and accurate project plans. Conduct product demos, lighting design consultations, and remodeling discussions to educate clients on options and features. Assist customers with POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math to ensure smooth purchasing experiences. Collaborate with the installation team on renovation, maintenance, and remodeling projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records of account management activities. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end sales environments with strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in ProK software, lighting design tools, and layout design for accurate project visualization. Deep understanding of renovation, construction, remodeling processes, and interior design principles. Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Monday, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
