Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer/Showroom Manager to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming residential spaces into functional, stylish, and personalized environments. Your expertise in architectural design, cabinetry, lighting, and remodeling will help clients realize their dream kitchens and bathrooms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with clients and contractors, and bring cutting-edge design concepts to life using advanced CAD and 3D modeling tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about interior design, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bathroom renovations or new builds Develop detailed design concepts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and renderings Create accurate construction detail documentation and building information modeling (BIM) to ensure seamless project execution Produce compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and CAD presentations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and contractors Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion while maintaining quality standards Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs are compliant with local regulations and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to select materials, fixtures, lighting solutions, and finishes that align with client preferences and project specifications Requirements Proven sales experience in residential interior design projects with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds Max), Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong skills in drafting, construction detail documentation, building code compliance, and BIM tools Expertise in 3D modeling for architectural design as well as rendering techniques for realistic visualizations Knowledge of lighting design principles coupled with experience in lighting sales or renovation projects is a plus Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally Background in construction or remodeling projects with practical understanding of building processes and budgets Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards Familiarity with contracts management and project management methodologies is desirable Join us if you're ready to elevate residential spaces through innovative design solutions!
