Job Summary You will develop creative interior design solutions, prepare detailed 2D and 3D presentations, and coordinate project activities to meet client requirements, collaborating closely with project managers and trades for successful delivery. Responsibilities Apply creative design skills to develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with current industry trends Draft detailed design drawings and presentations in 2D and 3D formats for internal and external client review Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3ds Max proficiently to produce high-quality visualizations and design documentation Develop technical specifications and project-related documents to support design and development activities based on customer requirements Coordinate with multiple trades and agencies to ensure building design drawings are accurate and up to date throughout project phases Collaborate with project managers to ensure design outputs meet client requirements and project timelines Apply technical knowledge to schedule design stages practically and rationally for efficient project progression Maintain up-to-date understanding of materials and fabrication methodologies to inform design decisions Required competencies and certifications Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in interior design or related field Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3ds Max English language proficiency (required for effective communication in project coordination and documentation) Preferred competencies and qualifications Junior Executive specialization in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
