THE COMPANY 17
Story LLC is a dynamic real estate investment and development company engaged in various commercial and investment activities, including acquiring, repositioning, designing, managing, and marketing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in strategic global markets. While its core focus lies in real estate investment and asset management, 17 Story distinguishes itself by taking a hands-on role in shaping the physical and aesthetic quality of its portfolio. Currently, 17 Story's clientele includes both high-net-worth individuals and prominent institutional investors across Asia who seek reliable financial performance alongside design excellence and brand consistency.
