Our collaborative, all-women team works across architecture, interior design, procurement, and construction. We believe great design should be beautiful, functional, and improve the way our clients live. We guide every project with creativity, organization, and exceptional care—from the first idea through completion. We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Design Assistant to support our interior designers and help our studio run smoothly. We welcome students, recent graduates, and candidates with different levels of experience. The right attitude, flexibility, reliability, initiative, and attention to detail are most important. What You'll DoDesign and Project Support Assist with sourcing furniture, lighting, finishes, fixtures, accessories, and materials. Research product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times. Request, organize, deliver, and return samples. Assist with presentations, renderings, client binders, and specification materials. Enter and organize product information in Studio Designer, DesignFiles, or other project systems. Assist with Revit work and field measurements when qualified. Support receiving, deliveries, furniture installations, damages, and returns. Maintain the material library and help keep the studio organized and client-ready. Help with errands, samples, lawn signs, and other project or office needs. Content and Publications Help create and post social-media stories. Organize project photographs, videos, and content. Assist with award and publication submissions. AI and Technology Use AI and technology to research, organize, and complete work efficiently. Be willing to learn new design programs, systems, and automation tools. Qualifications Organized, dependable, flexible, and highly attentive to detail. Strong interest in architecture, interior design, or the creative industry. Comfortable following direction and assisting with different types of assignments. Comfortable with hands-on work, errands, samples, receiving, and installations. Curious about AI, technology, and more efficient ways of working. Revit, Canva, Adobe, rendering, or procurement-software experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly preferred. Formal design education is welcome but not required.
