This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a leadership role, has strong architectural and technical knowledge, and is confident managing luxury residential projects independently within a collaborative team, fast-paced studio environment. Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from initial client brief through final installation Draft and develop working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and interior detailing as needed Coordinate closely with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal design team members Attend site meetings and oversee coordination throughout construction phases Develop and manage project budgets, pricing, timelines, and FF&E schedules Oversee procurement, purchasing, deliveries, and installation logistics Prepare proposals, invoices, and purchase orders for all projects Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met on time and within budget Problem-solve on-site challenges and provide timely, effective solutions Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and records throughout all phases Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design project management Experience in high-end residential interior design preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp Experience with project management software; Design Manager experience is a plus Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and dropbox Strong understanding of residential construction, space planning, and interior detailing Excellent client-facing communication skills with a polished and professional presence Ability to manage multiple high-touch residential projects simultaneously with precision and discretion Self-motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
