Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Residential Kitchen and Bath Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to support our wilderworks team. As an Anthony Wilder Design/Build, Inc. Kitchen & Bath Designer, you excel at combining creativity, technical knowledge and strategic thinking to create functionally beautiful residential spaces. You will collaborate with teammates to develop design solutions and manage projects from inception to the final stages of construction. Collaborate with team to develop and refine design concepts for clients Prepare designs, including 2D + 3D conceptual plans + renderings, mood boards Ensure alignment between project design and budget Develop specifications and schedules for selections Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions for design challenges Document site meetings to ensure the design intent and address any concerns Manage coordination of long-lead and specialty-order items with the team Manage client allowances, work directly with clients to complete selections within the scope budget
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Interior Design or an accredited program 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with residential architecture Proficiency with Chief Architect (preferred), Archicad , 2020, or Prodesign Outstanding 3-D and 2-D presentation skills Ability to focus on concurrent projects in different stages of development Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship skills Kitchen and Bath Certifications preferred
