Kitchen & Bath Designer - Blue Hill

BASIC FUNCTION

: responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

( other duties may be assigned as needed): Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously Process orders in person, on phone or via email Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Discussing features and benefits of products and services Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account Visiting jobsites for measures and design

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Ability to read, write, and speak in English Able to complete basic math and measurement skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products Experience in 20/20 Previous Kitchen and Bath design experience Detail oriented To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and within a team setting Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Manual dexterity. Ability to talk and hear.
