The right candidate for our D ecorative Hardware Consultant position will enjoy helping our customers select decorative hardware for their homes and businesses, as well as developing long-term relationships with home builders and interior designers. Creative, organized people with friendly and patient personalities do well in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide customer service true to our motto first and foremost Maintain a clean, attractive, stocked and organized showroom Build sales with walk-in designers, architects, developers, and homeowners. Actively listen to customer's needs to best meet their expectations Ensure each customer experience is personal to their shopping needs Follow up with customers and designers after selections to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in interior design or other related fields. Customer first approach in order to exceed their expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High energy self starter
