In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming conceptual ideas into comprehensive design solutions for residential interior projects. Your expertise will drive the development of detailed drawings and 3D models, ensuring that every design element aligns with client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects while honing your skills in design development, technical drafting, and project management. Responsibilities Develop detailed design concepts through sketches and 3D modeling for residential interior projects. Produce high-quality renderings and presentations to communicate design intent effectively. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously by coordinating schedules, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with design team to understand client visions, provide expert advice on interiors and produce plans for custom homes. Experience Proven experience in interior design with a focus on residential projects, including extensive work in design development phases. Strong proficiency in software usage, such as 2020, ProKitchen, and SketchUp 3D. Demonstrated ability to produce compelling renderings and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
