Interior Designer Summary:
Our client is a Kansas City-based architecture and interior design firm with adiverse portfolio of project types, spanning Commercial Workplace, Retail, Medical, and Boutique Hospitality. Their portfolio is high-design and a lot of fun! They are a medium-sized firm which means you'll be afforded more senior-level opportunities to work on all stages of a project from start to finish, be part of new business pitches and learn tons about the business, and have exposure to clients.
Interior Designer Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent. 5+ Years of Experience Post Graduation. Project Experience is flexible, and passion for given types is important. Revit, Enscape, and the Adobe Suite experience required. NCIDQ Certification is a plus. Proven ability to fluently work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Interior Designer Responsibilities:
Perform interior design tasks during all phases of the design process, across a variety of project scopes and scales. Work on given projects Programming through to Construction Administration. Prepare design presentation packages to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with the larger project team. Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as needed. Review drawings and ensure accurate document preparation. Select and present FF&E, lighting, material palettes and art concepts to clients and stakeholders. Participate in company culture and events.
