Job Description
Jernigan Furniture is looking for professional sales consultants who are financially driven to help continue our 102-year legacy. We are gearing up to open our newest location in Greenville, NC located in the building where Bostic Suggs currently resides . We will be taking over this location once their Going Out of Business sale concludes at the end of July. We are looking for Individuals who love a family working environment, want to make a great living, and get excited to help the community furnish their homes! Sales experience is always invited, but we will always welcome anyone who is willing to learn and work hard! Great communication skills and phenomenal work ethic is expected. We provide an exceptional compensation package with attractive benefits and growth opportunity. Training for this position takes approximately 30 to 45 days so we are looking for people to start in early July. The training for this position will be based out of our Goldsboro location for the first 3 to 4 weeks to get everyone ready for when we officially open our doors to the public. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the consultation process. Utilize strong sales techniques to promote design solutions and close deals effectively. Communicate design concepts clearly, providing clients with comprehensive information and guidance. Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive design projects that meet client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs and inquiries Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey design concepts clearly Ability to collaborate with clients and team members to achieve project goals Familiarity with design principles and trends to provide informed recommendations
