Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects Develop detailed layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design tools to visualize concepts clearly Present design options and product demos to clients, emphasizing features such as lighting sales and premium finishes Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients and vendors to ensure mutual satisfaction Coordinate renovation and remodeling processes by working with construction teams and overseeing installation quality Upsell additional products or services by highlighting benefits of premium lighting, cabinetry, or accessories Manage account details through POS systems and maintain organized records of client interactions and project progress Experience Proven experience in kitchen or interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing layout design and remodeling projects Knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, and maintenance requirements for kitchens Skilled in using SketchUp, CAD software, and lighting design tools for creating detailed plans and visualizations Demonstrated success in high-end sales environments with excellent negotiation and customer service skills Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele Familiarity with retail math, merchandising strategies, and inside/outside sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Kitchen Designer where your creativity meets technical expertise!
