Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in space planning, design presentation, and project execution. The projects are related to Residential, Restaurant, Commercial and Hospitality. This role requires excellent technical and graphic skills to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively and the ability to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts using graphic and rendering softwares such as Photoshop. Attend client and team meetings to discuss project requirements and design proposals. Conduct space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics. Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD. Produce high-quality 3D renderings using SketchUp. Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop for design and rendering. Knowledge in 3ds Max is a plus. Strong graphic and presentation skills. Ability to create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations. Knowledge in purchasing. Knowledge of materials and finishes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and problem-solving. Ability to travel when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of previous experience in interior design especially in Residential, Restaurant, Commercial and Hospitality projects. Knowledge of material selection and furniture design.
