We are a one-stop remodeling showroom offering full design, sales, and project management services. Our team is creative, agile, and client-focused, and we pride ourselves on building beautiful spaces while building long-term careers for our employees. We are expanding and looking for experienced professionals who want to grow with us—not just fill a position. Kitchen & Bath Designer (Showroom Experience Required) Mudosi Kitchen and Bath is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team as we open our second showroom in Oakland, NJ . This is an in-office role for a motivated designer with strong design, sales, and project management skills who has previously worked in a kitchen and bath showroom environment . Key Responsibilities Design kitchens and bathrooms that meet client needs, budgets, and timelines Meet with clients in the showroom to understand design goals and present solutions Create detailed designs using 2020 Design Software Manage projects from initial consultation through final installation Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution Follow up with clients and address questions or concerns throughout the project Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Track and report on project progress and performance Contribute ideas and improvements as part of a growing, collaborative team Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working in a kitchen and bath showroom Strong background in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, and renovation Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design Software Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals Project management experience in a remodeling or showroom environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow with the company Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
