Job Description

Kitchen & Bath Sales & Design Consultant Colonial Marble & Granite - Ventnor City, NJ Full-Time | Commission-Based | In-Showroom Colonial Marble & Granite is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Sales & Design Consultant to join our Ventnor, NJ showroom. This is a high-volume, commission-driven sales role focused on converting showroom traffic into closed sales. You'll be guiding customers through all aspects of their remodeling projects—from design inspiration to material selection and final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell countertops, cabinetry, tile, and remodeling packages directly to walk-in customers Work with clients to design functional, beautiful kitchen and bath spaces Educate customers on the benefits of natural stone, quartz, tile, and cabinet options Present comprehensive remodeling solutions—not just products, but full projects Offer value-driven packages that align with budget and design goals Follow up with leads to ensure strong conversion and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in kitchen & bath design, home improvement sales, or interior remodeling (required) Must be comfortable selling all aspects of remodeling projects , not just materials Proven sales success with a consultative, customer-first approach Interior design experience is a plus Highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills Weekend and retail hour availability is required Motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment
