Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer (2020 Design Required) Showroom-Based | Salary + Uncapped Commission | New York We are hiring a proven Kitchen & Bath Designer with strong showroom sales experience and expert proficiency in 2020 Design for our Family Owned & Operated Business . This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to sell effectively across multiple price points , from fully custom to semi-custom cabinetry . This is a performance-driven role for someone who can design, sell, follow up, and close—while delivering a strong client experience at every budget level. Key Responsibilities Design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design software Meet clients in a professional showroom environment Sell and specify fully custom and semi-custom cabinetry lines Manage projects from consultation through sale Open and close the showroom as needed Actively follow up on leads and close product and design sales Maintain and grow existing client accounts (preferred) Work directly with ownership, vendors, and installers Take ownership of your pipeline, follow-ups, and results Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Expert proficiency in 2020 Design Showroom kitchen & bath design experience required Strong sales ability with a track record of closing projects Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes Highly self-motivated and accountable Professional, organized, and client-focused Brings existing client relationships or referral sources Motivated by performance-based compensation Ideal Candidate Profile Experience at a recognized kitchen & bath showroom or design firm Comfortable selling both custom and semi-custom solutions Brings a portfolio demonstrating real-world showroom projects Portfolio Requirement Portfolio required (completed kitchen and bath projects) Portfolio should demonstrate design quality, layout skills, and material selection Digital or PDF portfolios accepted Compensation & Growth Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Commission based on product and design sales High earning potential tied directly to performance Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Why This Role Stands Out Multiple cabinetry lines = more ways to close sales No income cap for high performers Autonomy and trust Showroom environment focused on results Join a
