Lead and contribute to interior design projects through all phases of design and construction Develop creative design solutions and participate in design charrettes with project teams Perform programming and small- to large-scale space planning Develop conceptual designs, design drawings, and interior construction details Prepare and coordinate FF&E specifications and interior finish selections Prepare and lead client and project presentations Develop and manage construction drawings using Revit Coordinate interior building design with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project trades Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and project requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain design intent and project quality Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines Effectively communicate design concepts, project updates, and recommendations to internal teams and clients 2. Interior Designer :

6+ years of professional interior design experience Professional degree in Interior Design Proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of building codes and interior construction detailing Experience with space planning, FF&E specifications, and construction documentation Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and independently manage time Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple disciplines Professional experience in healthcare design strongly preferred
