Job Description
Bath Barn is a small family run busines of 40 people. With our large showroom and skilled in house technicians we are able to service Bath Remodel customers of all size projects. We also sell bathroom product to DIY and those with their own contractors
Job Description:
- Design, plan, and sell bath remodeling projects for homeowners
- Meet customers in their homes and in showroom to discuss and sell projects.
- Follow up with customers on estimates, during the construction process, and post project to create a great experience for the customer
- Greet, Assist, and Help Walk-in Customers as they visit the showroom
- Assist inside staff as needed
- Pay is Salaried and Based on experience (There is no commission as we work together to serve the customer)
Requirements:
- Creative in design and current with industry trends
- Experience in Plumbing Industry, Remodeling, or Construction related field preferred
- Able to communicate in a professional manner with staff and customers
- Team Player
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, Online Applications, and various technologies
- Chief Architect, Revit, or 20-20 experience a plus but not required
- Be willing to continue to learn about products in our industry
- Hours would include 1 evening a week and rotational

Trial Period Job Type:

$45,000.00- $75,000.
