Windle Design & Construction is looking for a talented Interior Designer with sharp design instincts, solid technical chops, and the drive to take real ownership of residential projects from first sketch to final walkthrough. This isn't a support role; you'll be the go-to design partner for clients and internal teams alike, guiding projects with confidence and creative vision. What you'll own: Lead residential design projects from concept through completion, with your fingerprints on every phase Drive design development and documentation that turns ideas into a buildable reality Be the client's trusted point of contact, translating their vision into spaces they'll love Collaborate cross-departmentally with construction, project management, and other teams to keep designs on track and on brand Juggle multiple projects at once, bringing organization and design integrity to every one What makes you a fit: A few years of residential design experience under your belt, with a portfolio that shows range and craft Comfortable managing client relationships and multiple moving pieces at once Strong technical fluency (space planning, materials, documentation) paired with genuine design taste A collaborative mindset, you know, great projects are built by great teams If you're looking for a role where you'll have real creative ownership and room to grow into bigger leadership, this is it!
