Permanent Join a nationally recognized, integrated design and construction team creating thoughtful, high-impact healthcare environments across a diverse portfolio of acute care, ambulatory care, and medical office projects. This is an opportunity for a design-driven Interior Designer to take ownership of project delivery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor emerging talent, and help create innovative spaces that improve the experiences of patients, caregivers, and communities. Key Responsibilities Lead healthcare interior design projects through all phases, from programming and planning through construction administration. Develop and coordinate comprehensive interior design documentation, ensuring projects meet established goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Partner closely with clients, architects, consultants, construction teams, and other stakeholders to develop creative, functional, and patient-centered design solutions. Lead material and finish selections while ensuring compliance with healthcare design standards, building codes, FGI guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior team members, contribute to design excellence initiatives, and support project leadership, coordination, and successful delivery. Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional interior design experience with a strong focus on healthcare environments, including acute care, ambulatory care, and medical office facilities. Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of healthcare planning principles, building codes, FGI guidelines, life safety requirements, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with project teams. Interior Design licensure, EDAC, LEED
AP, WELL
