What You'll Be Doing As Design Assistant , you'll assist with execution of the creative vision of the principle designer for each project, while ensuring client satisfaction, and timely delivery.

Design:

Assist with project details from concept to installation, ensuring our principle designer has what they need for every selection.

Client Engagement:

Be a point of contact, and ensure the clients are kept up-to-date.

Project Management:

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the design team to keep projects on track.

Material & Finish Selection:

Assist with sourcing and details of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that bring designs to life.

Team Collaboration:

Assist various team members and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects reflect AV Interior Design's commitment to excellence. Who You Are You're a creative, organized, and driven junior designer with a passion for turning ideas into reality . You thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to balance innovation with practicality.

Experience:

2+ years in a design assistant role, specializing in high-end residential or commercial interiors.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Leadership Ability:

A strong communicator who can work on teams and collaborate with vendors and contractors.

Client-Focused:

You understand that great design starts with listening and bringing a client's vision to life.

Detail-Oriented:

A keen eye for color, texture, and composition, ensuring flawless execution.
