Studios :

Belinda David Interior Design (BDID) is an elevated residential and B2B consulting practice serving clients across the Bay Area. We work with homeowners and design firms on high-touch, full-service projects. Be Home is a community-rooted design studio built on the BEAM framework — Belonging, Ecology, Access, and Harmony. We offer sliding-scale services and partner with values-aligned clients and organizations throughout the East Bay. This is a shared, project-based freelance role supporting both brands under the direction of the principal designer. Project basis to start, with hope of growth to a more permanent and consistent role.

What You'll Do:

Design Support Assist with material selections, FF&E sourcing, and product research Support CAD drafting, design documentation, and presentation prep Help coordinate with vendors, contractors, and fabricators Contribute to client-facing design decks and mood boards Social Media & Content Create and schedule content across Instagram and other platforms for both brands Support short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) — editing a plus Maintain brand voice consistency: elevated for BDID, warm and community-forward for Be Home You're a Great Fit If You… Have experience in interior design, architecture, or a related creative field Are highly organized with strong written communication skills Know your way around Basecamp, Instagram, Canva, and Google Suite Are values-aligned — community, equity, and beauty aren't in conflict for you Are based in the Bay Area for occasional in-person collaboration Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar drafting tools Experience with CapCut, Opus Clip, or Descript for video editing Familiarity with Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, or similar platforms Background working with small businesses or independent creative studios How to
