Interior Designer - Part to Full time | RL Wyman Design + Create | St. George, Utah About us RL Wyman Design + Create is a luxury design and build firm in Southern Utah. We do high-end custom homes and we do them well. The Role We're looking for an experienced interior designer who knows how construction actually works. You understand finish schedules, how subs operate, and how to manage a client through a build - not just the design side, but the full process. You're probably at a firm right now and ready for something different, or you've considered going out on your own but aren't quite ready to take that leap. This is part time to start with a clear path to full time. What We're Looking For Solid interior design experience, luxury residential preferred Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations through a build Understands construction timelines, subcontractor coordination, and finish schedules AutoCAD and SketchUp experience preferred Low ego, high output Compensation Depends on Experience.
