Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Support installation and styling activities to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and are photo-ready. Qualifications 3+ years of residential interior design experience, preferably within a high-end or custom residential design environment. Strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD and/or similar platforms) with the ability to independently create detailed, construction-ready drawing sets. Hands-on construction experience with the ability to read, interpret, and redline drawings and work comfortably on active job sites. Proven sourcing expertise with strong knowledge of vendors, trade resources, and quality furnishings and finishes. Full-cycle FF&E experience including specification, procurement, tracking, delivery, and installation coordination. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3D rendering and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, or similar software. Familiarity with design management and procurement platforms such as Programa or Notion. Knowledge of Arizona construction practices, local trades, building codes, and permitting processes. Employment Details Full-time, hybrid position. Combination of remote work, project site visits, showroom visits, client meetings, and team collaboration.
