Job Description
Styled Life Design Co is a full-service design firm specializing in New Construction and Whole Home Renovation Design.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead designer on projects in all aspects including: templating and drawing CAD / sketchup plans, creating and presenting deliverables for each phase, taking detailed notes in all meetings, sourcing and coordinating FF&E, installation, obtaining samples, and vendor correspondence. Collaborate on designs with a lead designer. Assisting in client communication. Working directly with lead designer and project manager to ensure a seamless completion of project and timely execution of designs. Taking on a deep sense of partnership and ownership of projects with your lead designer. Anything additional the lead needs or wants help with!
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in Interior Design (Will consider applications from current Interior Design students) Degree in Interior Design is preferable AutoCAD Proficiency Sketchup Proficiency Adobe Suite Proficiency Portfolio to present Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with all levels of employees, management and outside parties Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills Strong abilities to work in a team setting and achieve results through collaboration and sharing Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high-level of professional maturity' Assists in all phases of the design process Assists in conducting site visits and observations Performs Revit modeling and/or AutoCAD detailing Assists in preparing and leading client presentations Assists in the selection and documentation of FF&E Requests and reviews vendor quotes Places and tracks orders through DesignSmart Assist with project installation coordination and travel preparation for the team Travels to installs, both in domestic and international locations Assists with organization and upkeep of the interior design materials library Maintains knowledge of current industry trends by seeking out educational opportunities Attends various client, vendor, software, company training, tradeshows, and meetings Works traditional hours but is able to flex to weekends and nights during peak times Performs additional tasks as needed to support supervisor Reports to Interior Designer and/or
Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Manages time well and can oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Pivots priorities when needed.

Work Location:
Heber City, UT - We have projects along the Wasatch Front & Wasatch Back. Our office is located in Heber City. We also source alot from Salt Lake City. Remote work will be available occasionally. But reliably being able to commute is a MUST!
