Job Description
Project Designer, Interior Design This position is a hands-on, collaborative design role responsible for guiding projects from initial vision through construction. This role partners with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, develop creative design solutions, and translate concepts into well-coordinated, buildable documents while maintaining design intent throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and project teams to establish project vision, goals, and programming requirements. Develop and present interior design concepts, schematic plans, and design development documentation. Translate design intent into construction drawings and support construction administration activities. Balance creative design solutions with technical project requirements and constructability. Make confident design decisions while ensuring alignment with company design standards. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal project teams. Coordinate documentation to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, new products, and design innovations. Participate in professional development and studio enrichment initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. 5-8 years of interior design experience, preferably in corporate or commercial environments. Strong blend of creative design talent and technical project expertise.
