The studio is internationally recognized for its design excellence, attention to detail, modern elegance, and personalized approach to creating exceptional living environments. Key Responsibilities Support all phases of the design process, including: Concept Development Schematic Design Design Development Construction Documentation Construction Administration Produce accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings. Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes. Manage specifications and FF&E selections across multiple active projects. Coordinate remotely with vendors, contractors, consultants, and fabricators. Handle vendor communications, pricing requests, purchase orders, and order tracking. Participate in virtual project meetings and project coordination. Support project administration, including scheduling, project tracking, and correspondence. Maintain design quality and project standards throughout all phases. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential interior design. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Strong understanding of construction documents and the ability to read and interpret complete building drawing sets. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization. Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Reliable high-speed internet connection and availability to collaborate during U.S. business hours. What We Offer 100% remote position.
