We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage luxury residential projects while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. Position Overview This role is ideal for a talented designer who thrives working remotely while remaining actively engaged with our team, clients, and projects. The position allows for work-from-home flexibility but requires periodic attendance at our Boca Raton office for client meetings, team collaboration, presentations, and project coordination. Responsibilities Lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation. Develop design concepts, space plans, finish selections, and furniture specifications. Create and present client presentations, mood boards, and design packages. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants. Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities. Conduct site visits and oversee project execution as needed. Mentor and support junior design staff. Maintain exceptional client communication throughout all project phases. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum 5 years of luxury residential interior design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of furniture, finishes, lighting, textiles, and construction. Strong project management and organizational skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote and in-office team. Hybrid Work Expectations Work remotely the majority of the time. Attend scheduled client meetings, project site visits, installations, and key team meetings. Participate in regular in-office collaboration sessions at our Boca Raton showroom.
