•SKUTCHI Designs is a South Carolina-based commercial office furniture company that services customers nationwide since 2005. We offer design services, manufacture, and installs workplace interiors for businesses, government agencies, schools, healthcare facilities, and other organizations. Our headquarters and manufacturing operations are located in Conway. The ideal candidate will be experienced AutoCAD, Cap Complete or similar packages as well as creating presentations in Canva. Understanding design and space planning a must. This role combines creative interior design expertise with comprehensive project management skills to oversee the successful execution of commercial projects from concept through completion. You must adherence to budgets, and timely delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence space transformation while collaborating across multiple disciplines to achieve client satisfaction. You will be dealing directly with clients. This candidate must be computer savvy , very organized, personable, and great on the phones. To say that you need to be a multi-tasker is an understatement! We are a fast-paced environment, where you will have a wide scope of responsibilities and every day will bring something new and challenging. Responsibilities Working with clients by phone, email, or video chat. Sales experience a MUST. Understanding Skutchi Designs product offerings. Study website in order to work with the end user and use time efficiently. Manage all phases of projects from initial briefing and conceptualization. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Cyncly Cap Complete design packages. Working with the CAD department to create layouts as well as creating presentations to review customers. Coordinate with installers. Outreach a must Understand project budgets, timelines, and contracts while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Solid understanding color theory, and design. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse residential or commercial projects. Base salary plus commission

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
